Description WATERCOLOUR / TEXTURED ACRYLIC WORKSHOP

March 13, 2010 from 10 am to 4 pm

With Martin Potashner,

We will explore the different kinds of materials, their uses, including the difference in quality of materials. Plus, learn how to take care of the brushes.

Sessions will consist of:

We will go over materials such as, pigments, mediums, gels and glazes. Professional paints versus student grade, papers, canvas etc.

We will look at tools such as brushes and knives etc and learn how to use them.
We will create a painting in water color and acrylic. Martin will demo using different mediums with different tools sponges etc

People should bring pictures to paint from bring materials to make a painting
